Approved Approval of Expenditures Award/Rejection of Bid/Proposal: (Purchase of products/services through formal procurement process by this agency) (b) RFB No. 2021-0195-B for Oak Point Park and Nature Preserve - Amphitheater South Parking Lot Trail Replacement, Project No. 7268, for the Parks and Recreation Department to Cole Construction, Inc. in the amount of $178,560; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. Adoption of Resolutions (f) Resolution No. 2021-3-6(R): To authorize continued participation with the Steering Committee of Cities Served by Oncor; and authorize the payment of six cents ($0.06) per capita to the Steering Committee of Cities Served by Oncor to fund regulatory and legal proceedings and activities related to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC; and providing an effective date.
