Approval of Contract / Agreement (p) To approve an Economic Development Incentive Agreement between the City of Plano, Texas, and Republic Finance, LLC, a Delaware limited liability corporation (“Company”), providing an economic development grant to the Company; and authorizing the City Manager to execute all necessary documents. Approved (q) To approve the terms and conditions of an Economic Development Incentive Agreement for Tax Rebate for calendar years 2024-2033 by and between the City of Plano, Texas and Republic Finance, LLC, a Delaware limited liability corporation; authorizing its execution by the City Manager; and providing an effective date. Approved (r) To approve the terms and conditions of an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement with the Plano Independent School District (PISD) for the forthcoming renovation of Caddo Park which adjoins Davis Elementary School campus and future joint use of parking, playground and other park amenities at the two properties; authorizing its execution by the City Manager; and providing an effective date.
