Council consideration of Ordinance No. 2015-10-9 to determine if it should be
repealed in its entirety; or, in the alternative, City Council consideration of
Ordinance No. 2015-10-9 for submission to popular vote pursuant to City
Charter, Section 7.03.
IV. Public Hearing, recommendation of the Planning & Zoning Commission, and
Council consideration of an ordinance to adopt a new comprehensive plan
consisting of the City of Plano comprehensive plan in place on October 11,
2015, immediately prior to the adoption of the Plano Tomorrow Plan; and
providing an effective date.
